Job description
We are seeking a SailPoint Administrator with 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations, system administration, and configuration updates to ensure optimal performance and compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. SailPoint IdentityIQ Administration & BAU Support
•Perform daily operational support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, including user access requests, role assignments, and troubleshooting.
•Monitor and maintain identity lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers).
•Manage access certifications, compliance campaigns, and audit reporting.
2. Configuration & System Updates
•Implement configuration changes (workflows, policies, rules) as per business requirements.
•Apply patches, upgrades, and hotfixes to the SailPoint environment.
•Maintain connector configurations (AD, LDAP, JDBC, REST) for seamless integrations.
3. User & Access Management
•Administer role-based (RBAC) and attribute-based (ABAC) access controls.
•Handle entitlement management (aggregation, cleanup, and governance).
•Support access request approvals and provisioning workflows.
4. Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization
•Investigate and resolve SailPoint-related incidents, errors, and performance issues.
•Optimize task schedules, logging, and system performance.
•Maintain backup and recovery processes for the SailPoint environment.
5. Compliance & Documentation
•Ensure adherence to SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or other regulatory requirements.
•Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
•Assist in audit responses and evidence collection.
