Job description
We are looking for an experienced PMT Scrum Master to join our team with banking domain experience. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will also collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines. set performance expectations, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience with 3+ years in Managing Scrum, and must be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications
Key responsibility
Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Act as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, manage risks, and resolve impediments.
Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
