Senior Architect
Role Description
15+ years of experience in Designing, developing, and overseeing scalable, experience with Java and frameworks like Spring, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical solutions, creating architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, leading development teams.
Architect end-to-end Java-based solutions for core banking, digital channels, and payment systems.
Design APIs and middleware for seamless integration with legacy systems, fintech platforms, and third-party services
Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and compliance teams to align technology with business goals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Analyze and address complex technical challenges to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in client solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Technical Leadership: Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and enforce best practices.
Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve existing systems and stay current with industry trends.
Mentorship: Mentor and support junior architects and developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of learning.
Integration: Oversee the integration of system components and ensure seamless interaction with external platforms and APIs.
