We are seeking a skilled RSA IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) professional to manage, implement, and optimize our identity governance solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle (IGL) or similar IAM tools and a solid understanding of enterprise identity, access management, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain RSA IGA/IAM solutions, including provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access reviews.
Design, develop, and execute identity governance policies, workflows, and access controls.
Conduct role mining, role-based access control (RBAC) design, and entitlement management.
Integrate RSA IGA with enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Active Directory, etc.) and cloud services.
Monitor, audit, and report on user access to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
Collaborate with business and IT teams to support user access requests and resolve IAM issues.
Perform troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, and system performance tuning.
Provide technical documentation, user guides, and training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA/IAM).
Hands-on experience with RSA IGA (Identity Governance & Lifecycle) or similar IAM tools.
Strong knowledge of user provisioning, RBAC, SOD (Segregation of Duties), and access review processes.
Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, databases, and enterprise applications integration.
Understanding of IT security principles, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
RSA IGA Certification or other IAM certifications (e.g., Certified Identity and Access Manager).
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
Knowledge of cloud identity platforms like Azure AD, Okta, or SailPoint.
