Experience
A project manager with more than 12+ years of experience working end-to-end delivery of the Cloud Assessment & Migration Program, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Coordinate with teams/members from various PODs , Security, Infrastructure, network, application teams, Service desk teams
Should be able to
understand the Customers’ ask for Infra /application assessment
Create the detailed level of tasks, with other planning parameters.
manage assessment activities such as Landscape discovery, dependency mapping, workload classification
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports, deliverables reports
Track progress against milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues
Should be able to lead the customers discussions, kick off meeting, discovery calls along with the Project architect
Strong experience manage communications with stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
Support the development of assessment outputs, including cloud readiness reports, migration wave plans, cost estimates, and recommendations
Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover to cloud migration or transformation teams
Should have experience in requirement elicitation, reviewing the documents (playbooks, workflows, process documents etc)
Strong communication skills
Skills
Should have worked in the Cloud environment and understand the Cloud concepts.
Should be well versed with Google Cloud terminologies
Good to have candidate worked in Google cloud environment for assessment, migration programs
Project management skills with the Agile/PMP certification is good to have
