Key Responsibilities
User Experience Design
Design end‑to‑end user experiences across web and digital platforms.
Create wireframes, user flows, interaction designs, and high‑fidelity UI designs.
Translate business and functional requirements into intuitive, user‑friendly solutions.
Ensure designs are consistent with design systems, brand guidelines, and usability standards.
UX for AI & Data‑Driven Products
Design interfaces for AI‑assisted features, such as conversational UI, recommendations, and insights.
Ensure AI outputs are clear, explainable, and actionable through thoughtful UX patterns.
Design dashboards and visualizations that make complex data easy to understand and explore.
Create meaningful empty states, error states, and fallback experiences.
User Research & Validation
Participate in user research activities including interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions.
Apply research findings to improve designs and validate assumptions.
Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
Collaboration & Delivery
Collaborate closely with UX Leads, Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and AI teams in an Agile environment.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and design critiques.
Support developers during implementation by providing design specifications, assets, and guidance.
Ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implementation‑ready.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of experience as a UX Designer / Product Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing user‑centered design solutions for web or enterprise applications.
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
Experience designing complex workflows, forms, dashboards, or analytics interfaces.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on enterprise or B2B applications.
Exposure to AI‑powered or data‑heavy products.
Familiarity with design systems and component‑based design.
Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum development processes.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
