Job description
The required skills and experience include 12–14 years of total IT experience with at least 2–4 years of direct Gen AI / LLM / AI solutioning experience. Candidates must have proven experience in designing and delivering Gen AI use cases, such as document intelligence, conversational agents, knowledge assistants, code generation, or summarization tools. This requires hands-on expertise in one or more of the following: LLM Frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers), Cloud AI Platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI), Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma), and MLOps & Deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines for model deployment). A strong foundation in Python, API integration, and microservices architecture is essential, along with a deep understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and data governance for AI. Finally, the role requires the ability to define solution architecture documents (HLD/LLD), drive design governance processes, and includes experience working with enterprise-scale clients, preferably in BFSI, manufacturing, or telecom sectors.
