Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and high-quality data systems that power AI, analytics, and enterprise applications.
The Data Engineer will work closely with AI Engineers, Backend teams, Data Analysts, and Product Managers to ensure that data is accurate, accessible, reliable, secure, and optimized for downstream consumption—especially for LLM-based and AI agent workloads.
Key Responsibilities
Data Pipeline & ETL/ELT Development
Design and implement batch and streaming pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and loading of structured and unstructured data.
Build scalable ETL/ELT workflows using modern data frameworks and cloud-native tooling.
Perform schema design, metadata management, data modeling, and optimization.
Data Integration
Integrate data from diverse internal systems, APIs, databases, and SaaS sources.
Develop connectors to support analytics, reporting, LLM grounding, and multi-agent workflows.
Ensure high data fidelity, consistency, lineage, and synchronization across environments.
Data Quality, Validation & Governance
Implement automated data validation, anomaly detection, and quality monitoring.
Define and enforce standards for:
data quality
data cataloging
versioning
access control
Collaborate with governance teams on PII handling, compliance, and retention policies.
AI & LLM Support (Preferred)
Prepare datasets for RAG pipelines, embedding generation, and vector indexing.
