Define the end-to-end data architecture for Employee Digital Twin
Design canonical data models for employee profiles, skills, performance, learning, engagement, and workforce analytics
Establish master data management (MDM) strategy for workforce data
Define real-time and batch integration patterns
Architect integrations across HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), learning systems, payroll, CRM, and collaboration platforms
Design APIs and event-driven architecture for data exchange
Define data lake / lakehouse / warehouse architecture
Enable structured + unstructured data ingestion (documents, resumes, feedback, chat logs)
Build AI-ready data pipelines for skills inference, career pathing, workforce forecasting
Support feature engineering frameworks for ML models
Enable knowledge graph / employee graph modeling for Digital Twin
Ensure scalable data pipelines for GenAI use cases
Define enterprise data governance framework
Implement data quality, lineage, cataloging, and metadata management
Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA (if applicable), and other data privacy regulations
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and data masking
Optimize data architecture for scalability and low latency
Define performance SLAs
Design for high availability and disaster recovery
10–15+ years in Data Architecture / Enterprise Data Engineering
Strong experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with modern data stack: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse
Expertise in ETL/ELT frameworks (Informatica, Talend, dbt, Airflow, etc.)
Experience building data lakes/lakehouses
Strong knowledge of data modeling (dimensional, data vault, graph models)
Experience with APIs, microservices, and event streaming (Kafka)
Understanding of AI/ML data pipelines and feature stores
Experience working with HR/workforce data preferred
