Technical Architect - Wealth Management
Location: HYD Campus, Hyderabad
Years of Experience: 10-15 Years
Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to lead architecture consulting engagements within the Wealth Management and Wealth Advisor ecosystems. This role will partner with business and technology leaders to assess current-state architectures, define target-state blueprints, and guide implementation roadmaps aimed at enhancing scalability, security, reliability, and cost efficiency across heterogeneous cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or support discovery workshops, analyze current-state systems and integrations, and identify capability gaps, risks, and technical debt.
- Produce architecture artifacts including context/solution diagrams, sequence diagrams, data models, API specifications, and integration patterns.
- Establish or enhance architecture standards to ensure best practices are followed.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of internal and external integration scenarios.
- Provide hands-on technical direction and implementation of Proofs of Concept (PoCs), pilots, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
- Develop phased modernization roadmaps that unify business, technology, and operations requirements.
- Simplify decision support by providing well-informed recommendations to stakeholders.
- Integrate secure-by-design principles across cloud environments, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, and secrets management, while identifying risk mitigation strategies and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience with Azure cloud services.
- Strong hands-on engineering background.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services sectors.
- Familiarity with JAVA and JUnit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in cloud architecture or related disciplines are a plus.
