Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core /
ASP.NET Core and Angular and/or React.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
Perform end-to-end feature development including backend logic, frontend UI
implementation, integration, and database changes.
Work on healthcare integrations using HL7 protocols and Mirth Connect.
Participate in modernization and enhancement of legacy healthcare applications.
Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best
practices.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile delivery
models.
Support CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines in Azure environments.
Actively leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance
productivity and code efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a strong sense of ownership and
accountability.
Required Technical Skills
Backend
Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

Entity Framework / ORM frameworks
Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns

Exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging systems
Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA or equivalent)
Experience working on enterprise-scale or distributed systems
