Job description
5+ years of professional experience in Java backend development.
2+ years of hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services.
Expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservice design.
Strong understanding of cloud-native development, containers (Docker), and modern deployment techniques.
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or DynamoDB.
Experience with logging, monitoring, and performance tuning in a cloud environment.
Proficiency in Git and experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
Develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
Build and deploy applications in AWS using services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS/SNS, and CloudWatch.
Contribute to the design of microservices and serverless architectures.
Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment processes.
Help improve development processes and DevOps practices using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, or AWS CloudFormation.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues in a timely manner..
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
