| Primary Skill: CASA / GL Secondary Skill: Accounting & Posting Logic Role Overview As a CASA Business Analyst, you will define and validate CASA and GL flows across core banking, lending, and trade platforms, ensuring accounting integrity and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities • Define CASA workflows and GL posting logic. • Validate accrual, reversal, and EOD/EOM processing. • Assess GBASE vs Flexcube responsibilities. • Define accounting ownership across systems. • Support fit-gap analysis for CASA/GL. • Validate data mapping and reconciliation rules. • Support integration validation with downstream systems. • Assist in UAT and reconciliation testing. • Prepare BRDs and functional specs. • Support cutover accounting readiness. • Engage with finance and operations teams. • Support multi-country rollout consistency.
