Role: Senior MERN Stack Developer (5–6 Years Experience)
We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will play a pivotal role in building high-performance web applications, leveraging your expertise in React and Node.js to deliver seamless user experiences and efficient backend services.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture: Develop sophisticated, reusable UI components using React.js and manage complex application states using Redux or Context API.
Backend Engineering: Build secure, high-traffic server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.
Data Modeling: Design and optimize NoSQL database schemas in MongoDB, focusing on performance tuning and scalability.
System Integration: Create and consume RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, ensuring smooth data flow between the client and server.
Technical Leadership: Lead architectural discussions, perform code reviews, and implement best practices for security and performance.
Qualifications
• Experience: 5–6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack JavaScript environments.
•Modern Workflow: Strong understanding of contemporary frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack) and Version Control (Git).
•Performance: Proven track record of optimizing web vitals and backend response times.
•communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical constraints and business requirements.
