• 15-20 year experience in designing and implementing BPM solutions • Building Appian solutions, with a strong understanding of Appian architecture • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Appian solutions • Design, develop, and implement Appian applications, adhering to best practices and industry standards • Provide technical leadership to a cross-functional team, guiding them through the entire Appian development lifecycle • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, quickly determining the root cause and implementing effective solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful integration of Appian applications with existing systems and databases • Conduct system performance evaluations and optimize Appian solutions for improved speed and efficiency • Act as a subject matter expert, staying up-to-date with the latest Appian features and advancements • Provide support and technical guidance to junior team members, promoting continuous learning and growth • A deep knowledge of Appian components including Appian SAIL, Process Design, Rules, Security, and Integration • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Proven experience working in Agile development methodologies, delivering high-quality solutions within established timeframes • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships and promoting a culture of innovation • Appian Level 3 (Appian Certified Lead Developer) certification is highly desirable • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members • Building Appian competency • Building Solutions and accelerators for Appian community • Working with the leadership teams on new proposals, RFC’s and POC’s |
