Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead the design and implementation of complex PAD workflows and end to end automation solutions
Architect reusable components frameworks and automation standards for the team
Review and optimize automation designs for scalability resilience and maintainability
Provide technical guidance mentoring and code reviews for developers
Project and Delivery Management
Collaborate with business stakeholders SMEs and IT teams to identify evaluate and prioritize automation opportunities
Own automation project planning estimation and delivery timelines
Manage the automation pipeline coordinate testing and oversee deployment to production
Ensure governance security and compliance requirements are consistently applied
Cross Platform Integration
Integrate PAD automations with Power Automate Cloud flows Power Apps SharePoint Dataverse databases and APIs
Troubleshoot complex issues in multilayered automation ecosystems
Operational Excellence
Lead root cause analysis resolution of production issues and continuous improvements
Drive automation metrics reporting and performance tracking
Champion RPA best practices documentation standards and innovation within the team
Required Skills and Qualifications
7 to 10 years of overall experience with 3 5 years dedicated to Power Automate Desktop
Deep understanding of RPA principles design patterns and automation lifecycle
Strong expertise in desktop automation web automation data manipulation and integrations
Hands on experience with Power Automate Cloud flows Power Apps and Dataverse
Knowledge of APIs JSON REST integration and automation involving ERP legacy systems eg SAP
Proficiency with Azure DevOps Git for CICD and version control
Strong debugging problem solving and architectural skills
Excellent stakeholder communication leadership and team management abilities
