Job Summary: We are seeking a Generative AI Developer who plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced AI-driven solutions that leverage generative models to solve complex business challenges. This role focuses on creating intelligent applications that enhance automation, decision-making, and user experiences across enterprise systems. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and frameworks for enterprise applications.
Integrate AI components into existing systems and ensure seamless interaction with other services.
Conduct research and experimentation to evaluate new AI techniques and frameworks for potential adoption.
Optimize AI models for performance, scalability.
Mandatory Skills:
Generative AI Frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) - Expert
Python Programming - Expert
Prompt Engineering - Advanced
Machine Learning & Deep Learning - Advanced
Model Deployment (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) - Advanced
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic Frameworks, Azure AI Services - Advanced
AWS - Deal Breaker Skill
Preferred Skills:
Experience with large-scale AI implementations in enterprise environments.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI technologies.
