Job description
Lead end-to-end system design and solution architecture for enterprise grade applications and platforms, with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.Drive the development and integration of AI enabled solutions into existing enterprise platforms, supporting strategic AI platform and services initiatives.Collaborate with engineering product and business teams to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions Design and implement enterprise integrations using APIs, messaging systems, and data pipelines across complex, heterogeneous environments.Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with business goals and technical strategy.Ensure solutions comply with security, scalability reliability and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and other Healthcare IT requirements.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and contribute to the strategic direction of AI and enterprise architecture initiatives.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.Lead proof of concept POC efforts to validate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.Collaborate with data scientists engineers and technical experts to ensure successful execution of projects.Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation including diagrams specification and implementation guidelines.Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Stay current with advancements in AI, cloud, and enterprise technologies proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.Partner with US and enGen or a related field 10 years of experience in software development solution architecture or enterprise systems design.Strong programming skills in Python with experience building scalable production grade systems.Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations Hands Experience working with cross functional teams and stakeholders, with a strong ability to collaborate and build consensus Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a track record of addressing complex technical challenges Leadership experience including providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineering and project teams. Good to have skills Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations eg HIPAA is required, as well as a strong understanding of the Healthcare
