Data Analysis Insights Analyze complex datasets to identify trends patterns and opportunities that inform strategic and operational decisions Reporting Visualization Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI Tableau or Looker to communicate insights effectively KPI Development Partner with business teams to define track and optimize key performance indicators KPIs and metrics Data Quality Validation Ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency by performing validation reconciliation and anomaly checks CrossFunctional Collaboration Work with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines ensure availability of required datasets and optimize query performance Business Partnering Collaborate with departments such as Marketing Sales Finance and Operations to translate data into actionable recommendations Advanced Analysis Apply statistical techniques AB testing and forecasting to support business hypotheses and strategic planning Automation Automate recurring reports and data processes using SQL Python or scripting tools to improve efficiency and reliability Documentation Maintain documentation of data sources definitions metrics and reporting processes Required Skills Qualifications Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Economics Engineering or a related field Experience 710 years in data analytics business intelligence or related roles Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation Expertise in BI visualization tools Power BI Tableau or Looker Proficiency in Excel including advanced formulas pivot tables and macros Familiarity with Python or R for statistical and predictive analysis Experience working with large datasets from data warehouses Snowflake Redshift BigQuery Azure Synapse etc Understanding of ETLELT processes and collaboration with data engineers Preferred Skills Exposure to data modeling and data governance principles Experience with AB testing forecasting and predictive analytics Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP Knowledge of data storytelling and presentation best practices Experience supporting executivelevel dashboards and analytics initiatives Key Attributes Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Excellent communication and storytelling skills able to translate data into business insights Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across functions Selfstarter with the ability to manag.
