Looking for an experienced and certified SAFe Scrum Master who also brings strong project management expertise to lead high performing agile teams and drive successful product delivery across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the SAFe 5 framework Agile practices and project lifecycle coordination with demonstrated ability in handling large Scrum teams and working closely with stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities as a Scrum Master
Leading a Scrum team consisting of 20 plus members which adapts SAFe.
Introduce SAFe 5 Framework and facilitate Program Increment planning and execution using Miro and JIRA.
Coordinate with Product Owners and identify the OKR Objective Key Results for each project and link with right features epics and track the progress of OKRs in Airfocus.
Implement Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Review Sprint Demo and Sprint Retrospective to facilitate the on time delivery of product.
Capture requirements from Product Owner to handle product backlog and new requests using JIRA.
Identify impediments dependencies and risks and discuss the same in Scrum of Scrums to identify a path to deliver on sprint commitments.
Generate sprint reports from Airfocus and present them to the leadership team.
Manage product releases in JIRA and follow the IT Release Management process to ensure product is deployed in SIT PPT and Production environments on time.
Ensure product testing is completed successfully and sign off is obtained to move to higher environments.
Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of Scrum application within the organization.
Simplify the effort consumed for sprint reporting.
Guide agile principles and facilitation skills to ensure teams work in an agile mindset and utilize Scrum practices.

Manage resources to ensure the project has the required resources and monitor resource usage.
Planning including defining the projects goals and scope and planning and documenting tasks.
