Specific Responsibilities
A ServiceNow Integration Expert is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly and securely.
Working experience in design and development of integrations using various methods like REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub spokes.
Should be expertise in troubleshooting integration issues and staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow features.
Should be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions, configuring ServiceNow, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.
Creating data flow diagrams and API documentation to illustrate how data moves between systems.
Developing custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow to support integration requirements.
Configuring ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HAM Pro, SAM Pro and integrating them with other systems.
Should ensure all integrations adhere to ServiceNow best practices and security standards.
Collaborating with architects, developers, and external system owners to ensure successful integration.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Monitoring integration performance and making recommendations for improvements and ensure all integrations are properly documented.
Qualifications
Graduate in a technology related discipline with a mix of technical and management background preferred.
7-10 years of work experience in Software Asset Management.
ServiceNow CSA certified.
ServiceNow CIS – ITSM / HAM / SAM / Discovery certification preferred.
SAM licensing certification preferred for top priority publishers such as Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, Salesforce, etc.
