Director Role Summary We are looking for a high-impact Operations Leader to serve as the strategic and operational backbone for our EMEA business unit. You will be the primary deputy to the Head of Commercial Operations for EMEA, empowered to drive business health, revenue assurance, and organizational transformation. In this role, you will specifically focus on increasing revenue assurance by governing open resource requirements and billable headcount, driving FTE/BHC as a leading indicator for growth.

3. Acquisition Integration &amp; Transformation M&amp;A Integration: Lead the operational integration of acquired entities, aligning their reporting, resource management, and financial structures. Transformation Office: Lead change management programs and strategic initiatives to modernize operational workflows. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate operational and financial risks across a diverse multi-country portfolio. 4. Stakeholder &amp; Team Leadership Cross-Functional Glue: Manage complex stakeholders across Delivery, TA, Resource Management, Finance, and Sales. Directive-Based Execution: Translate broad leadership intent into concrete action plans without a predefined manual. Junior Team Mentorship: Provide constant monitoring, direction, and quality control for a team of junior analysts.
