We are seeking a seasoned MS Dynamics CRM Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience, specifically in banking environments, to lead and support the migration of Dynamics CRM from version 8.1 to 9.1 (on-premises). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 8.1 and proven experience in CRM upgrade and migration strategies, performance tuning, and system integration. Exposure to the latest Dynamics CRM Online version is a strong plus. Lead and execute the migration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM from version 8.1 to 9.1 (on-premises).
Analyze and assess current CRM architecture and design migration strategy accordingly.
Customize, configure, and extend Dynamics CRM functionalities as required during the upgrade process.
Ensure minimal downtime and data integrity during the migration process.
Work closely with infrastructure, DBA, and development teams to ensure smooth deployment.
Identify potential risks, issues, and performance bottlenecks; provide timely resolutions.
Participate in post migration validation, testing, and performance tuning.
Prepare technical documentation and migration runbooks.
Support and guide junior team members as needed. 8 to 10 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including version 8.1 (must-have).
Hands-on experience with on-premises CRM migrations, specifically 8.1 to 9.1.
Strong experience in customizing, configuring, and integrating Dynamics CRM.
In-depth knowledge of CRM components: entities, workflows, plugins, business rules, etc.
Experience working in banking or financial services domains.
Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and SQL Server.
Familiarity with CRM Online (latest versions) good to have. Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of integration with third-party banking or financial systems.
Exposure to data migration tools and best practices Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
