GenAI Requirement:
Purpose: You will operate for AI - building end-to-end solutions for business functions that lack engineering bandwidth, while also partnering with the core Data Science team to optimize and scale state-of-the-art models (LLMs, Open Source, Commercial).
This is not a traditional software engineering role. We believe the future of coding is AI-assisted.
You are expected to be an AI-Native Engineer:
· You don't just write code; you orchestrate it. You leverage tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and LLMs to write code, generate test cases, debug, and perform RCAs at 10x speed.
· You are Full-Stack + AI. You are comfortable setting up a backend API, building a quick UI, and engineering a complex RAG pipeline in the same sprint.
Job Description:
Focus: Architecture, Strategy & Complex Solutions.
What you’ll do:
· Architect complex Agentic Systems (multi-agent orchestration, planning,
· memory management).
· Drive the Distillation Strategy: Lead efforts to convert massive models into
· smaller, task-specific models for cost efficiency.
· Define best practices for "AI-Native Development" across the org.
· Act as a technical liaison between Business Leaders and Engineering.
Prerequisites:
· 6-9 years exp.
· Deep expertise in Distributed Systems & NLP.
· Experience deploying LLMs at scale.
Additional Details:
· Need to work from Bengaluru.
· Required to work from office for 5 days a week.
· Ideally candidate coming from eCommerce Organizations will have an edge.
· Must Have Skills:
o Languages Python (Heavy), TypeScript/JavaScript
o AI Tools LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, PyTorch/HuggingFace
o Ops Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), CI/CD for AI
o Architecture Microservices, Distributed Systems, Asynchronous Programming
