Job description

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
• Prioritizing work loads in a multi-client environment where demand exceeds supply.
• Control mindset to identify process control gaps, prioritize & mitigate operational risk
• Proactive in problem solving and developing solutions
• Technical Experience in Java, XML/XSLT, SQL, Java Scripting, Unix/Linux
• Experience in a Thunderhead / SMART DX Developer role.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Equities and Derivatives experience in a global financial institution, preferably in a mix of business and technical capacities.
• Technical Experience in WordML.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science
• Understanding and practical experience of front to back business processes in OTC & Securitized derivative productsDesign, build and maintenance of high quality Thunderhead/SmartDX templates across OTC, Rates, Derivatives and Structured Securitization productsWork on Thunderhead/SmartDX Release management and Regression testingWork on SmartDX API to create new job.Work on Java Script to build scripts. Handle UAT testing on linked applications impacting Thunderhead/SmartDX TemplatesHandle stakeholder’s interaction for business requirements at all stages of the development lifecycleThunderhead / SMART DX Technical Experience in Java, XML/XSLT, SQLJava Scripting, Unix/LinuxEquities and Derivatives experience in a global financial institution, preferably in a mix of business and technical capacities.Technical Experience in WordML.Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceExperience with Combine frameworkUnderstanding and practical experience of front to back business processes in OTC & Securitized derivative products
