Job description
P1C3TSTSDesign and develop Java‑based microservices and high‑performance applications (Spring Boot, J2EE).
• Build and deploy AI/ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, or XGBoost.
• Contribute to GenAI initiatives (LLMs, RAG, agents, vector DBs).
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and versioning.
• Collaborate with product, data, and architecture teams to translate business use cases into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and ensure code quality, design reviews, and best engineering practices.
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering and GenAI.8–10 years of experience in software engineering; strong hands‑on Java expertise (Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices)4+ years of experience building and deploying production AI/ML models..Strong skills in Python/Java, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)..Familiarity with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).Experience in telecom or enterprise SaaS domains.Exposure to real‑time streaming (Kafka).Prior experience mentoring interns or junior developers.
