Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the banking sector to lead initiatives from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate will excel in governance, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain project governance frameworks and roadmaps.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across all levels, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Drive outcomes in complex environments, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to deliver projects successfully.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 10+ years of project management experience in the banking industry.
  • Strong core project management skills with a proven delivery track record.
