Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a proven track record of leveraging Gen AI technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI technologies.
  • Optimize and fine-tune existing models for performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Generative AI.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
