Business Operations Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist with a strong background in process design, development, and management. The ideal candidate will ensure that processes align with business strategies and stakeholder requirements, enhancing the overall customer experience. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, implement, and manage business processes related to fulfillment, operations, services, and sales.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and track performance metrics, addressing any issues that arise.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations.
- Document processes, procedures, and end-user materials, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
- Streamline and continuously improve existing processes, looking for opportunities to automate and simplify.
- Participate in the integration of core process transformations to enhance productivity and customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through professional development.
Mandatory Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices.
- Strong understanding of business/group processes, procedures, and controls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:
