  • Project Manager - Wholesale Banking - Cash Management
    Note - JD is for 5-10 yrs, but client is ok if the experience is 10-15 yrs as well
    Position Summary
    The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Key Responsibilities
    1. Project Planning & Execution
    ● Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    ● Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
    ● Track project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
    2. Stakeholder Management
    ● Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
    ● Facilitate communication across internal teams, clients, and vendors.
    ● Present regular project status updates and escalate issues when
    needed.
    3. Team Leadership
    ● Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver high‑quality outputs.

    ● Conduct reviews, audits, and post‑project evaluations.

    Required Qualifications
    ● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
    ● 5–10 years of experience in project management (depending on level).
    ● Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
    ● Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
    ● Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
    Key Skills
    ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
    ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    ● Leadership, team coordination, and conflict resolution.
    ● Time management and attention to detail.
    ● Financial and risk management.
    Preferred Certifications
