Job Description:
The Governance and Responsible AI Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that all AI initiatives within the CoE are developed and deployed in a manner
that is ethical, transparent, and compliant with applicable regulations. This role advises and supports cross-functional teams in embedding
responsible AI practices, and works hand in hand with the GRC team and audit to design and implement governance frameworks that mitigate risks
and uphold trust.
The role involves close coordination with stakeholders across business, legal, compliance, and technical teams to ensure audit readiness, policy
alignment, and adherence to global standards such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, PDPL, and the EU AI Act.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement AI governance frameworks and ethical guidelines across the CoE.
· Advise AI teams on responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy.
· Support funcions in their AI risk assessments and mitigation planning for all AI initiatives.
· Conduct training and awareness programs on responsible AI for internal teams.
· Coordinate with legal, compliance, and audit teams to ensure readiness and alignment.
· Monitor and report on governance KPIs and risk indicators.
Required Qualifications:
· Advanced degree in AI, Data Ethics, Law, or a related field.
· Proven expertise in AI governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
· Strong knowledge of global AI risk frameworks and regulations (NIST AI RMF, PDPL, EU AI Act).
· Experience in risk assessment, policy design, and stakeholder coordination.
· Familiarity with audit processes and compliance reporting.
· Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
· Minimum 7 years of experience in governance, compliance, or responsible AI roles.
