Data Analyst – CRM Project
Domain Knowledge- Banking
Strong understanding of customer and relationship data in banking.
Familiarity with concepts such as:
Customer profiles
Customer segmentation
Customer interactions
Customer lifecycle data.
Functional Responsibilities
Identify and integrate customer-related data across multiple banking systems.
Support the creation of customer 360 datasets for banks
Develop source-to-target mappings for CRM data ingestion for banks
Define transformation logic for customer data consolidation for banks
Support development of customer data marts and CRM reporting structures at banks
Validate customer data consistency across systems in banking environment
