This exclusive initiative targets women globally who have taken a career break and are eager to re-enter the workforce with refreshed and elevated expertise. By empowering women to restart their careers, we drive growth, innovation, and a more inclusive tech industry.
The program is specially designed for women who have taken a career break and are looking to return to the workforce. The focus is on skill enhancement, confidence-building, and leadership development. The training will be provided in one of the following three tech streams:
Focus: Refresh core Java skills, learn the React JS framework, get exposure to cloud technologies, and utilize genAI for engineering tasks.
Focus: Learn manual testing practices, use Selenium for automation, Postman for API testing, and incorporate genAI for testing tasks.
Focus: Introduction to cloud computing concepts, foundational cloud skills, and leveraging genAI for cloud-based engineering tasks.
