Job Description:
Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Digital Transformation/Modernization programs with analyzing current state and future state architecture.
2. Develop solution architecture and provide guidance which are compliant with future architectural directions and work within the context of the systems environment that are expected to be deployed in.
3. Develop and document Architecture principles, polices and guidelines
4. Define and document integration requirements and identify the appropriate future integration interface.
5. Model the reference architecture, document principles, standards, and best practices
6. Collaborate across function to model/deliver architecture
7. Provide Architecture support to Transformation/Modernization initiatives such Core Banking modernization, Monolith to Microservices, Containerization, Mobile app development, Private/Public Cloud Adoption
8. Liaise with CxO level stakeholders, application owners and other architects to provide thought leadership and gain mindshare
9. Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals.
10. Experience in Enterprise Risk, Core Banking and Capital Market domain would be added advantage.




Required Skills: - Experience with IT architecture development methodologies, creating solution architecture deliverables like system context, use cases, and integrating these deliverable with other requirements/deliverables (e.g. process documents and others)
- 12+ years of experience in developing architecture models, principles and guidelines
- Provide overarching solution assurance to technology projects in line with technology strategy, architectures, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Produce well defined, well documented, viable, and cost effective solution architectures on strategic or critical business initiatives aligned to stakeholder requirements and enterprise architecture within the agreed deliverable timelines
- Conducts impact analysis to identify areas that might need to change in business, information, application, and technology architecture
- Defines and documents integration requirements and identifies the appropriate future integration interface
- Experience in Full Stack Java and Angular/React UI is mandatory.
- Prior experience in designing and building native mobile apps for iOS or Android
