Key responsibility:

• 5+ years' experience in Java, Unix, Oracle SQL, Shell Scripting/ Application & Production Support
• Strong in-Service Delivery and support activities, Troubleshooting, Analytical Skills, Client Focused, Applications Health Checks, Automations, maintenance and Change related activity
• Hands-on experience in API, Web Based Applications, Scripting, Automations
• ITIL process with Incident Management, Problem managements, Change Management etc.
