Description

Focus on providing program and operational support across the Resource management and Employee life sycle management (HCM), Be a strong partner to Recruit to retire leaders, Focus on, planning & execution, dependency mapping and coordination across teams, standardization of best practices, and delivering operational excellence in IT lead transformation, Act as a consultant who can demonstrate a deep understanding of H2R (Hire to Retire) data and the impact it has on the business, understand the importance of data integrity, and be skilled at data visualization

•Bachelor's degree in the related field
•Good understanding and experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master
•Good understanding on PM metrics for tracking & Agile experience
•Ability to successfully communicate with distributed development and test teams
•Risk, Issue and Escalation Management
•Establishing the processes
•Provide guidance in financial and project plans
•Strategic business acumen & understanding of organizational strategy and ability to design information systems to deliver that strategy
•Experience in leading onsite and remote team
•Team player with strong written & oral communication skills and ability to successfully communicate with distributed development and test teams
•Having hands on experience working as a software engineer would have an added advantage
