10+yrs of experience in a similar profile with extensive experience and proofed track record in various types of Process Automation, i. e. Digital Automation, RPA, low-code, etc.
Lead and guide a team of Developers and Technical Leads.
Minimum 2 years of experience on telecom domain
Design technical specifications for Automation project DPA, RPA, low code, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, NLU, NLG projects
Contribute to products or tools built on automation platforms and paradigms, that can enable high-value offerings.
Building DPA and RPA solutions would involve the use and creation of AI and ML techniques including but not limited to deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, search, information retrieval, information extraction, probabilistic graphical models and machine learning.
Plan and implement version control of source control
Define and implement best practices for automation development
Extensive knowledge of Telecom Systems architecture and Process Automation, best practices and standards such as (TMF Business Process Framework and application Framework, ITIL, etc.)
Excellent computer skills - proficient in excel, PowerPoint, word and outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
Ability to work with senior level leaders and stakeholders
Persuasive with details and facts and
Own and delegate responsibilities effectively
Ability to analyze and suggest solutions
Strong command on verbal and written English language
Certification in the DPA/RPA technologies
