Description
he key deliverables of the role
Responsible for the delivery of support documentation Project and Program
Management cost, resource, planning, suppliers Project Portfolio Management. ,
feature teams, for example Disaster Recover Plans, Configuration Management
Plan and Business Continuity Plan.
Work with our service teams to identify all technical documentation
requirements and own the creation and signoff of those documents by delegating
within the project team.
Own the GxP General Good Practice deliverables to ensure our solutions are
compliant inline with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
Own the support queue whilst the project is in DevOps mode, define the DevOps
support processes and work towards a full service introduction within AZs
support teams.
Plan and resource change within the AZ change control framework.
Create and train the AZ support teams as part of a Service Introduction
process.
Essential experience:
ITIL process and best practice
Working within a regulated environment e.g. GxP SOX
Understanding of project lifecycle
Understanding of Agile and delivery within a DevOps support framework
Essential qualifications skills
ServiceNow
Good organisational and people skills
Excellent writing skills
