Job Description:

• The testers are expected to understand testing Fusion HCM application.

• Hands on experience in testing core HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Goals, Performance & Learning module

• Primarily responsible to work with business to create test cases, define test models, execute, capture the output and present to the QA Leads.

• At least 3-6 years' testing experience in Oracle Fusion - Human Capital Management (HCM) / business processes (HCM)

• Hands on experience in core HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Goals, Performance & Learning module

• Good understanding of the Oracle HCM data setup

• Must have experience in handling tickets and client interactions.

• Experience working in Agile teams

• Self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with "time-critical" deadlines

• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities

• Possesses a team and customer service provision orientation

• Good communication / Interpersonal skills.
