Description
- 8 years of experience in IT Industry
- Working and core understanding of TIBCO BW, Active Space, Business Events and EMS is a must
- Preferred to have working in BW 5. x 6. x and EMS 6.x 7.x environments
- Strong UNIX skills
- Reviews and provides input to requirements design documents
- Develops or reviews detailed test plans
- Leads test case reviews
- Analyzes defect trends
- Coordinates defect review meetings
- Coordinates testing environment configurations and maintenance with TIBCO System Administrators, Developers, Infrastructure teams, Database team, Vendors, Project Managers
- Able to coordinate with onshore and offshore team members to their needs are met
- Ensures testing best practices and standards are followed that are produced by EA and Integration team
