  • Deeply understand our holistic organizational context/needs, and shape the vision, priorities, support system, and team composition for the Talent Analytics team
  • Partner with process owners, operations teams, and data engineering to ensure a strong and sustainable foundation of clean, accurate, and easily accessible Talent data across the employee journey
  • Leverage Talent Analytics to partner with, empower, and enable Talent and Organizational Leaders to frame, diagnose, and address high-priority business problems
  • Build credibility through effective descriptive and diagnostic analytics and thoughtfully increase the value proposition thereafter
  • Democratize the relevant data in a way that would empower our people, managers, and employees with the appropriate context to make informed decisions while ensuring data privacy and security
  • Synthesize candidate and hiring data from various sources within Talent Acquisition to discover areas of opportunities in the hiring process that will continuously drive healthy metrics.
  • Meet with leaders across the TA org to build relationships and understand their needs while providing evidence based guidance and insights from data that help address and uncover potential solutions to their team's success
  • Partner with various groups across the company such as TA Leadership, People Analytics, and other cross-department contacts
  • Produce models, materials, and dashboards using candidate and hiring data that track and measure the health of the department in meaningful and impactful ways with intuitive visualization
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with all matters as they relate to hiring and strategic company objectives
  • Explore creative and innovative ways to make candidate and hiring data more accessible, more accurate, and more meaningful
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for improving the overall candidate experience
  • Evaluate hiring processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement thoughtful solutions accordingly
  • Investigate and incorporate industry best practices in building and operationalizing a world-class TA organization
  • Innovate and experiment with ways of collecting, measuring, and examining recruiting data that may lead to useful analysis and business insights
