Role: Lead Data Scientist

Job Description:

  • Overall 12+ years of industry experience with atleast last 4+ years of extensive implementation experience in data analytics space

  • Define and manage analytics strategy across multiple line of business and client partners exhibiting it in action by creating POVs, driving the proposals, help solving complex analytics problems and strategizing the end-to-end implementation
  • Thorough understanding of database, streaming & analytics services offered by popular cloud platforms(Azure, AWS, GCP) and hands-on implementation of building machine learning pipeline with atleast one of the popular cloud platforms
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist with solid of understanding of AI/ML techniques related to regression, classification, NLP, Computer Vision
  • Good business knowledge & experience of working on data science problems for banking & healthcare sector
  • Good knack for statistical analysis, data analysis and knowledge of data management & visualization techniques
  • Expertise on multiple AI Platforms Kore.ai, expert.ai, Dataiku etc.
  • End-to-end understanding of MLOps platform(e.g. MLFlow) and solutioning capabilities for all steps involved in model development lifecycle
  • Hands-on development experience in Python/R and atleast few more programming languages (Java, C#, C
  • Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
  • Lead by example & Oversee team of senior data scientists, big data specialists, analysts, architects and engineers to provide the guidance on analytics related skill building, problem solving & technical implementation
  • Collaborate with data engineers & architects to implement and deploy scalable solutions
  • Leadership skills to drive the AI/ML related conversation amidst CXO, Senior Leadership and make impactful presentations to customer organizations
  • Sound theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge of working with advanced statistical algorithms that includes machine learning techniques
