  • 3-5 years of content strategy experience
  • Experience in the IT services industry a plus
  • Sound knowledge of content management systems, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo), drip programs, and dynamic targeted content
  • Understanding of CRM and inside sales processes for IT Services a plus
  • Experience working with keyword research tools, SEO, and Google Analytics
  • The ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different time zones
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills
