Description

SENIOR MANAGER GRC

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager GRC to join us as a part of Virtusa’s CISO team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining INFOSEC policies, procedures & standards.
  • Govern the execution of cyber security programs & tasks.
  • Develop & manage CISO dashboard; track metrics & performance => engage with stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Document and report control failures and gaps to stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement and manage the Cyber Crisis Management Plan.
  • Drive cyber TTX for CIO teams and other business functions.
  • Coordinate and track cybersecurity audits, CSMA (Cyber Security Maturity Assessment) etc.
  • Post audit / assessments, govern implementation of recommendations.
  • Own budgeting for the CISO function.
  • Besides the above, few of KPIs that will be measured:
    • Security rating / score from external source
    • NIST CSF assessment score (external assessment)
    • Time taken to close findings in the assessments
    • Number of security documentation authored

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Information security certifications preferred (SANS GIAC, CISSP, CISM etc.),
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in Information Security or related fields.
  • Understanding of cyber security technologies & controls, processes, and threat landscape concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Hunger to learn and unlearn.
