Our response to the COVID-19 pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has uprooted our lives for over a year. We've paused and kept our distance to keep family, friends, and coworkers safe. As a global company, we've felt each wave as it traveled around the world and affected the communities where we live and work. We've mourned for family, friends, coworkers, and strangers - a bond of loss we never wished to share.

The safety of our employees and their families remains our top priority. At the start of the pandemic we transitioned everyone possible to a remote workforce and provided PPE and COVID support for employees who needed to work onsite. India and Sri Lanka are still battling the second wave of COVID-19, and we've been on the ground to help as much as possible.

We've established the following COVID-19 Care support initiatives with the help of volunteers throughout the company and partner organizations:

  • Created a COVID Care Fund to help cover medical expenses, rehabilitate team members, and support education costs for families of team members we've lost
     
  • Launched an end-to-end mobile COVID support app for India to assist with medication, food, procuring hospital beds, ambulances, oxygen cylinders, convalescent plasma donors, transportation, home care, and wellness support
     
  • Established a region-based 24/7 COVID-19 call center 

  • Created a Convalescent Plasma Donors Database with more than 238 registered donors to date 
     
  • Procured oxygen tanks to distribute to team members and their families in need
     
  • Enabled floating insurance coverage for onsite team’s family members in India
     
  • Enabled a 48-hour salary advance for employees in India 
     
  • Registered for vaccination drives with hospitals across India
     
  • Transformed part of our Chennai and Hyderabad campuses into COVID-19 Care Centers for asymptomatic team members, their families, and our client employees
     
  • Partnered with 16 food delivery companies across India to provide meals for quarantined team members

We're committed to helping our employees and their family members in any way possible as we continue to fight this pandemic.
