Virtusa Announces Date of Second Quarter Financial Results Release, Conference Call and Webcast

Westborough, MA – (October 18, 2013) – Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a global business consulting and IT outsourcing company that combines innovation, technology leadership and industry solutions to transform the customer experience, today announced that it will report its fiscal second quarter 2014 financial results for the three months ending September 30, 2013 after the U.S. financial markets close on Monday, November 4, 2013.

In conjunction with this announcement, Virtusa will host a conference call on Monday, November 4, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s financial results and financial guidance.
