  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

SQL:

  • Proficiency in designing, developing, and optimizing SQL databases.
  • Experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Knowledge of database administration tasks such as backups, restores, and performance tuning.
  • Windows Scripting:
  • Strong skills in scripting languages like PowerShell for automation tasks.
  • Ability to develop and maintain scripts for system monitoring, administrative functions, and deployment processes.
  • Understanding of scripting best practices and methodologies.

Workflow/Document Management:

  • Familiarity with workflow and document management systems such as SharePoint, Alfresco, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in integrating document management functionalities into software solutions.
  • Knowledge of document storage, retrieval, version control, and workflow automation.
