Database & Presto Consultant
Hands-on experience in Presto Tool (This is a tool that is used to Query across multiple Databases)
Analyze explain plan and AWR reports, monitor long running queries using OEM tools and able to tune or re-write logic to achieve optimal performance.
Work with DBA team to implement SQL tuning recommendation and optimize Oracle parameters
Evaluating existing data systems and reverse engineer and optimize the data model.
Working with the application development team to create conceptual data models and data flows.
Developing best practices for data design, data types, naming standards to ensure consistency within the system.
Implementing data strategies, data retention, historical
Responsibilities: -10+ years hands-on core experience with different modelling techniques - conceptual ,logical , physical models using entity relationship, dimensional modelling, data vault modelling
-Strong data modelling work experience on the Oracle DB
- Knowledge on various data domains, metadata, data catalogue, business glossary and data lineage integration.
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- End to end responsibility of entire portfolio
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge about Methodologies Waterfall/Iterative/Agile
- Compliance adherence
Required Skills: Data modelling
Nice to have skills: AML Domain knowledge
