Data creation for HR applications (either via UI or via Data Tables, hence SQL is preferred)
Strong SQL background and solid BA background


Business Analyst

Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
Experience working in an Agile Scrum Team and on complex projects
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor content to audiences across clients, development team, and management.
Proficient in project management and coordination internally and across external teams
Understanding of Learning technology a plus
Strong SQL background and solid BA background
