Job Description:
Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues as part of Level-3 support.
Participates in root cause analysis for all incidents occurred in production.
Provide application enhancement and maintenance as well as on-going API performance support.
Handles Pre-deployment and post-development activities.
Track and support partner Change Requests.
Partner with other application teams and support teams, to create/maintain runbook etc.
Remediation of security findings and patching, version upgrades and certificate renewals.
Provides application software development services or technical analysis for defects and small enhancement requests.
Supports application outside of normal business hours when needed including on-call responsibilities and must be able to work flexible hours.

Required Skills: 4+ years of experience in Level-3 Production Support activities with hands on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting, AutoSys, Ab>Initio, Bit Bucket and Service Now.
Knowledge of Java will be considered additional advantage.
Expertise in Data analysis & investigation activities.
Experience on Large Scale, High Volume records.
Should Possess Good Communication Skills and able to co-ordinate with End Users.
Knowledge in Big data tools like Python, Spark, Hive etc. is desirable.
Exposure to projects in Finance domain is desirable. Preferably in Capital Markets / P&L estimation and forecasting / Risk Calculation.
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.

Nice to have skills: Good Communication skills, team player and drive to learn
